- Loharan : Grade XI (Streams – Commerce & Humanities)
- Cantt.-Jandiala Road : Grade I to IX
- Nurpur : Grade II to IX, XI (Streams – Commerce & Humanities)
- Kapurthala Road : Grade III to IX
Note : All above mentioned grade admission are Provisional Admission; Subject to availability of seats at respective campus.
Instructions for Registration
- Limited forms available online for Grades I to IX for respective campuses.
- For Grade XI, Kindly visit/contact the campus helpdesk for subject/stream counselling before procuring the form.
- Kindly check for the Transport availability for your area before procuring the form.
- One person is entitled to get only one form per grade.
- Purchase/ Procurement of Regn./ Admission form doesn’t give any right to the admission. The admission is subject to vacancy and fulfilment of conditions for admission process.
- Incomplete form or form with incorrect information, in any respect, will not be accepted or liable to be rejected.
Documents Required

- Self attested/ Attested copies to be attached.
- Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation.
- Copy of Aadhaar Card of Child to be admitted.
- Copy of Caste Certificate, as applicable.
- Original Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate duly endorsed.
- Transfer Certificate from e-portal from previous school, as applicable.
- Migration Certificate if coming from any board except CBSE.
- Three Passport size Photographs of Child to be admitted.
- Final Marks sheet of Grade – 8,9 and 10(Pre-board exams), if applied for Grade XI.
- Self attested/ Attested copies to be attached.
