IHS Management has adopted a work culture with dignity of labour and taken all the essential steps to eliminate sexual harassment of staff at work place as per prescribed guidelines, norms and procedures. A committee has been formed for smooth functioning and proper safety of staff. Management deals with any complaints of discrimination promptly and confidently. All the members are encouraged to respect each other’s differences and opinions.
Steps taken by the school towards safety of children and staff in campus and during transportation
IHS endures safety of the students in all the possible ways. When the child boards the school bus, the school authorities make it sure that the child is in safe hands. The school has employed one male and one female attendant other than driver in each and every bus. The buses are equipped with all the basic safety equipment.
Safety measure taken by school in case of any external threat/attack
Male and female security guards have been appointed for proper security and safety of the students. Strangers are forbidden to enter the school. CCTV cameras have been installed all around the school campus. A medical team is available in the school campus to meet the emergent situations.
