Games are an indispensable part of all teaching curriculum as they help prepare the child physically, mentally and emotionally to cope with the various challenges. Some of the qualities gained are team work, leadership, coordination, good hygiene and strong mental power to face difficult situations besides inculcating a spirit of fair play.   All major team games like Table Tennis, Badminton, Kho Kho, Chess etc. are played in the school. The school has skilfully blended the daily routine of the students with the core essence of spots ethics, be it yoga or routine exercises to bring in an active beginning of the day.

Students have also participated in Scout and Guide which trains children to face the challenges in life.

Chess

Chess teaches patience, critical thinking, problem solving, and reasoning. It teaches students to not only see the turn but to see around the turn, because in chess you have to think five moves ahead. 

Yoga

Yoga, an ancient practice and meditation, has become increasingly popular in today’s busy society.
