“The MLS program is a two-year curriculum. The course of study is a combination of instruction in fundamental principles of selected laboratory techniques as well as clinical experience in affiliated medical laboratories. Students learn theory and to perform clinical laboratory procedures in phlebotomy, microbiology, blood banking, clinical chemistry, hematology, immunology, histopathology and urinalysis. They also learn to operate and maintain basic clinical laboratory equipment.”

Eligibility conditions

 

Those candidates who have passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical Laboratory Science or Pharmacy from recognized Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

University examinations are taken twice every year as per following schedule. Odd Semester  : November and December (Every year) Even Semester  : April and May (Every year)

FEE STRUCTURE

The fee structure of B.Sc. MLS is as follows
Course Fees for Next Years Rs, 46,250/-
Tuition Fees (Each Year) Rs. 31,000/-
Semester fee for 1st semester Rs. 25,000/-
Semester fee for 2nd semester Rs. 23,850/-
Semester fee for Next semester Rs. 23, 125/-
